All processors act under our instructions and are bound by a written contract under Article 28 UK GDPR.

We will never sell your personal data nor disclose it to any other third party unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Your data is stored and processed on GoHighLevel’s servers located in the United States. Transfers outside the UK/EEA are protected by:

  • the International Data Transfer Addendum (UK Addendum) to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs); and

  • a completed Transfer Risk Assessment showing that the data receives an equivalent level of protection.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep:

  • the full lead details for 12 months after we pass them to the installer; and then

  • an anonymised record (postcode district + timestamp) for statistical reporting.
