2. What these terms cover

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the legally binding agreement between you and ReachAI when you access or use the Site. By continuing to browse or by submitting an enquiry you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, reside in the United Kingdom and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

3. Our service

  • We provide a free online introduction platform that connects households and businesses who want solar service quotations with vetted solar‑panel installation companies (“Installers”) operating in and around Birmingham.

  • When you fill in our enquiry form we forward your details to one Installer so they can contact you directly with a quotation.

  • We do not charge you for this service and we never ask you for payment details.

  • We may receive a referral fee or commission from the Installer for the introductions. This does not affect the price you pay or the quotes you receive.

4. Relationship with Installers

  • Installers are independent contractors, not employees, partners or agents of ReachAI.

  • We carry out basic due‑diligence (for example, checking accreditation and public‑liability insurance) before listing an Installer, but we do not guarantee the quality, safety or suitability of any goods or services they supply.

  • Any contract for solar‑panel supply, installation, maintenance or finance is solely between you and the Installer. You must satisfy yourself that their quotation and terms meet your needs before proceeding.

5. No professional advice

The content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not engineering, financial or legal advice and should not be relied on as such. You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking or refraining from any action based on the content of the Site or on an Installer’s quotation.

6. Acceptable‑use rules

You agree that you will not:

  • Submit false or misleading information, or an enquiry on behalf of another person without their permission.

  • Use the Site for any commercial lead‑generation or brokerage service.

  • Crawl, scrape or harvest data from the Site by automated means.

  • Introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, servers or data.

  • Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable.

We may suspend or block access, remove content and/or report conduct to law‑enforcement without notice if we believe you have breached these rules.

7. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos, trade names and other content on the Site are owned by ReachAI or used under licence. You may view, download or print individual pages for your personal, non‑commercial use only. You must not copy, republish, sell or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Third‑party links and tools

The Site may contain links to, or embed, third‑party websites, calculators, videos or mapping services for your convenience. We do not control third‑party content and are not responsible for its availability, accuracy or security.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Site available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or limit the Site (or part of it) without notice for maintenance, technical or security reasons. We are not liable to you if the Site is unavailable at any time.

10. Your rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that:

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, (a) any contract you enter into with an Installer, or (b) your reliance on information on the Site.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential or business losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or opportunity.

  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the Site or these Terms is limited to £100.

11. Indemnity

If you use the Site for any unauthorised or unlawful purpose, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReachAI, its directors and employees against all liabilities, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Minor or administrative changes take effect immediately when posted. For material changes we will give 14 days’ notice by updating the “Effective date” above. Your continued use of the Site after the notice period means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or the Site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
